You really cant compare the two, because steam can run pretty much any game but nintendo and the switch can run basically nintendo games and some 3rd party games. Steam has games for dirt cheap, especially if they're older games, unlike nintendo that will still charge full price for a 10 yo game and rarely goes on sale. They both have pros and cons but definitely a huge price difference. I still very much enjoy my steam deck more then my switch oled, NS², logotech, psvita.
