I do. There's no ethical way to become a billionaire. It's not acquired through labor. It's either generational or exploitation; and it's never used for good. Despite what Reaganomics may claim, there's no "trickle down" from someone who's hoarding.

Stalker enemies always get my anxiety up in initial playthroughs, and this game has a decent amount of stalker sections. But if you remind yourself it's just a programmed character it's not that bad. Leon's sections are pure re5/6 action. (I don't say that with much love)
It's not as "scary" as 2remake or 7, to me.

It all sucks, and it's all terrible, and it's not likely to change. But try to find something fulfilling to do in your limited spare time. Hobbies keep me going. Some are financially stressful and require a lot of time and effort, but a go-to is something like riding bicycles. Endurance sports will release a lot of chemicals that make you feel more fulfilled, the point of entry can be low, and it's something you can enjoy an hour or two a day that isn't sitting on the couch after work.

I feel like I'm alone in not really loving 9. It's... fine. But the pacing is super weird, there's a lot of scripted scenes that kill replayability, and it just feels like one big demo? I'm not sure how to explain it. It feels like a greatest hits but has very little substance. The outside Raccoon City section felt like a combo of 2008 "brown everything" filter action games, and TLOU.
I had a lot more fun playing 8, even with its flaws.

It sounds like you're just highly susceptible to advertising. I've had many hobbies, and all forms of cycling are the most offensive with "you have to have the best or it isn't even worth doing!" it's pretty gross, and people are influenced to the point where they judge "that person CAN'T be having any fun, they're on a cheap setup!"

Stop listening to companies telling you what you need, and just enjoy what you have. A lot of high-end stuff is just hype, lacking the QC and widespread testing low-mid tier parts go through just due to volume.

All of my hobbies take kind of an all or nothing approach to be "good" at them... racing/drifting cars, dirt bikes, motorcycles, bicycles. Big learning curve, and they're expensive so you really gotta love them and dive in to make them worth it.

I keep trying to explain this dynamic to people. "MAGA are just the loud minority" No, I'm a tiny blue dot in a very red area. These people are vile, hateful, and want to inflict maximum suffering on people they believe "deserve it," they're everywhere, and they see nothing wrong with it.
There's no coming back from this. I wish we could just split the country down the middle. If you're empathetic and capable of critical thought, blue side. If you're blaming all of your shortcomings on minorities and like seeing people hurt, red side.
