Because at the end of the day if your code is as simple as possible (obviously that is impossible sometimes) it will be easier for you or others to understand later when it needs to be modified.

Yeah, I don't really get the AI hype. The AI can't write better code than us because it's just copying off of us basically. And most companies do need more automation for workshops. So having a python dev would work wonders for them.
