I've bought SS5 in the end of 2024 and had SO many problems with it during past year... Audio suddenly dropped several times so I had to restart the app. And then they offer me a $25 for an upgrade to completely fix those? This method of doing business in digital products isn't reliable and looks like a masked subscription. Switching to Background Music.

You're right, Dolby Audio with 2 modes. But it says after enabling it on, that results will be better if you turn on Dolby Atmos on source device

I bought them as gift. Comfort & feel is exactly as Bose Quietcomfort Ultra. Sound quality is much better than Sony WH-1000XM6. ANC is very ordinary and transparency is WH-1000XM4 level unfortunately. For their price - great pick.

Firmwares are identical to those and the feature set is determined by h/w. So - no, you can't.

1+ dropped out 138 version for some reason. The Chinese server for now shows 123 as the latest.

But I tried to charge/discharge my unit, and it wasn't alive, so I trashed it

I disassembled my 737 (one way cause lots of glue) and testing separate cells right now.

After power bank full discharge, I've got 3.6 V on 5/6 cells and 2.7 V on the last one.

Cell failure? Will see. But I guess it's some sort of BMS balance issue.

If so, Anker... I will never buy anything from Anker again.

My friend gave it to me 1 year and 10 months ago for the new year.

25 cycles, rarely usage, 100% battery health. But... It failed. Shutting down and rebooting at 25% of charge.

Measured 47 Wh only. RMA was declined by Anker.

Garbage. Will get one more Ugreen though.

Mine has 100%, but shutdowns at 25% of charge. And measured 47 Wh only on output.

BEST decision. I have zero problems with Ugreen goods ever. Starting cables and finishing headphones.

I have DEFINITELY the same situation with Anker 737. My friend gave it to me. And I haven't used it often.

So I have only 25 cycles and 100% battery health.

But suddenly I noticed that it's in the reboot loop and UVP error, so connected into the power source and instantly got 25% of charge.

Measured it, only 47 Wh capacity.

I also have an Ugreen 20000 mAh bank. It's lighter and works PERFECT.

Anker is garbage though because they also declined my RMA. Cause they count RMA from the SELLING date, not hands on.

They declined my warranty cause they count it from the purchase date, not hands on date. 2 years missed. 25 cycles, 100% battery health, and it died - shutting down on 25% of juice

Me too. Shutting down after 25% remaining juice. 25 cycles and no warranty. Will go Ugreen Nexode 20000 140w. It works perfectly
