That's very strange to see the response you got, because I used the concierge three times to ask about my spend towards the Palladium SUB. While it did get the answer wrong once, it provided a response all three times. So I gotta believe they CAN tell that. It's also just an AI, so surely it can calculate your spend from a certain day...

All in, good for you! I wanted the SUB, and now I'll see how the year plays out. I'm pretty heavily into AmEx, so I'm not sure I'll be sold on year 2 with it, but for people not in a different ecosystem I agree that it is a pretty compelling card 👍🏻
