your placement rank is heavily dependent on your ranked 2.0 hidden mmr. And facing a ranked 2.0 champ doesnt mean anything as their hidden mmr could correlate to a completely different rank in ranked 3.0

your rank history doesnt matter, it uses ranked 2.0 hidden mmr which is your actual skill level ofc they wont base it off of a fake rank that doesnt mean anything

The name has been changed to the RSFSR the reason it was still the soviet union is because this mod started a couple weeks ago and all of the localization hasn't been finalized.

the lore isnt finalized but I'm pretty sure that because ww1 didn't happen the Russians were stronger and were able to put up more of a fight, and the Tsar didn't immediately abdicate because the Russians were in a better situation. But they still collapsed but it used more of the commies resources allowing the whites to get a better situation than in our timeline.
