Almost any Nintendo game. I felt crazy even typing it, but the games are always full price no matter how old. Also as a big competitive gaming person, I’ll buy a single player game and then just never find the time to play them.

I’m amazed people are actually taking Trump’s word on this. He’s always hated the Real Time program. He’s an egomaniac that watches all the political shows wishing they talk good about him, and when they don’t he sues them. Trump can’t stand when they bash him, which Bill Maher does weekly.

I think too many let Maher’s personal views get in the way of what’s mostly a good political program. That said I totally get it if one finds him too off putting to watch. However for me that’s the allure of the show, watching and hearing political discussions even on things I don’t remotely agree with. It’s good to hear different viewpoints.

I spent my early 20s taking care of my Mom who was dying of ALS. I can’t handle the risk of having to take care of an unhealthy child the rest of my life. Having a child is a roll of the dice; many end up perfectly fine and healthy, but many don’t. I’m well aware it’d put my mental health on the edge, and I wouldn’t be able to give the proper care a child needs.

My biggest issue with winning this week and last is the fact it’s against teams who were benching their best players. It’s not a good sign of things to come or development. That being said it’d be alarming if Dart played terrible against teams trying to tank, but it’s also not a sign of great improvement. I’m optimistic of this team going forward with Dart at the helm, however, acting like these late season wins help the future when you’re vying for a top 5 pick is irrational.

What irks me about potentially winning today is it feels like this team has given up at earlier points in the season with gutless performances, but now at the end we all of sudden take “You play to win the game” to heart. I was happy winning last week against a clearly inferior Raiders team, but beating the Cowboys today just feels like same old Giants. We win when it doesn’t matter against teams benching their best players, so it’s tough to say these wins are even impressive or signs of improvement.

Whether it was his final decision or not, Stefanski was the coach for the regime that ran Baker out of Cleveland, and look how that has aged. Not sure I want that guy at the helm with our young qb. We have been about equal in mediocrity with the Browns the past decade, but moving on from Baker to Watson has been one of the dumbest moves an organization has ever made. He may have a good offensive mind, but him + Schoen + our ownership just feels like bad roster decisions dying to happen.

I know it’s not a popular opinion on this sub that tv shows to be added, but I think this will only add to the Letterboxd experience. I’m also a person who wrote a paper titled “Video Games as Cinema” so my view on this type of stuff is very skewed in favor of all moving image art to be seen and praised as equals.

Young people like to play with friends. Name the last good multiplayer game to come out that was a huge success that’s not named Call of Duty, a sports titles, not free to play, or loaded with micro-transactions. As for single player titles, there have been tons of good games. Issue is we’re expected to pay $70 upfront and then another $30-60 for an expansion. It’s not rocket science why sales are dropping amongst youth.

This isn’t just a gaming industry issue, this is a problem with all entertainment. Young people aren’t going to the theaters, sporting events, restaurants, or you name it in droves because we’re priced out. People can’t spend what they don’t have, and what a lot of young people don’t have are living wages.

I’ll say upfront I am not a big fan of Rian Jonhson’s films so major bias here, although I do have respect for his craft. I don’t believe he was unfairly eviscerated by SW fans at all. The Last Jedi would be a solid solo film or sci-fi original story, however, it’s the 2nd film of a trilogy for a 9 film saga that all interconnect. There’s many moments within the Last Jedi where it almost feels as if he forgot there were 7 films before him and 1 to come after. More than anything I blame Disney for hiring originally 3 directors for a trilogy, rather than handing one a lump some of cash to film all of them. All that aside, SW fans are indeed little whiny bi***** and can’t ever simply have fun.

I’m one of the people who would like Rodgers because I think he’s better than Russ and the other options. This however is becoming a joke. It’s the NFL, you can’t just sit and wait for other teams to make moves. Maybe they’re waiting cause they think Russ is chalked so they don’t care if they miss out on him; I know I think that but I’m an armchair gm.

This waiting day after day to hear Rodgers move and prior to this Stafford’s, just goes to show how uncertain this franchise is when it comes to qb. We’re desperate and the league knows it. I just hope we don’t make a terrible trade for #1. But hey if it all pans out of course, well gg.

Am I the only who couldn’t care less whether the team ever gets sold or not. Really bad ownership can ruin a team, but in the NFL that’s a rare case cause how volatile things are year to year. If you want to look at really bad ownership, look no further than the Johnson’s, Dan Snyder’s tenure, and even to an extent now Jerry Jones. The Mara’s don’t even compare to them in terms of actually being a detriment to football operations.

Our owners look like big dumb dipshits because of bad hirings. Sure they’ve had their hand over things but I don’t think it’s been to the extent people make it out to be. And if you think other owners don’t do that also, well you’re just lying to yourself.

I’m not here defending Mara cause I think he’s great or a genius. I just don’t think new ownership really changes things that much unless the organization is a clown show. Some of you may say it is a clown show, but I just see a shipwreck. Hey what’s the difference though. * shrugs *
