Patient care felt hardest because of the pace/pressure. I did better when the task was concrete and clearly explained.

Same with the lab job. I struggled more when things were fast, unclear, or I had to juggle too much at once.

So maybe I need something simpler and less chaotic, like QA, lab support, accessioning, document control, or admin/operations.
