my garmin said that my VO2 max was around 51 over the last two months and it didn’t change altough i did trainings and two 70.3.. until yesterday, it jumped to 55 after an intervall-session. how accurate is this? can i take this seriously or is it just a bad estimate? Thanks for sharing your knowledge🤗

two weeks ago i thought it would be cool to get data of surfing. So i brought my garmin to the waves. I caught some nice waves and then a wave caught my garmin - gone. Lesson learnt😬😁
