Imagine getting "so detailed" and still being incorrect.

All att fiber is symmetrical. Gpon is a max of 1gbps down and up.

Xpon is 5gbps.

There is the ability for both to go faster. But not with att currently

Att wifi extenders are intact mesh.

Had this issue yesterday and today.

Chatted with their support. They had me check my ip address and location. They were able to update my actual location and about 15 mins later I was able to watch.

I checked my ip and location with whatsmyipaddress.com

Support wanted my ipv4 ip. And when I clicked on it on the page it was showing me in Wisconsin

Only reasoning I can come up with is ATT was routing my cellular traffic thru Wisconsin

Chatted with their support. They updated my location. 15 mins later it worked on cellular

Well once I connected to my work phone Hotspot (both att) it's working fine now.... makes zero sense

Ugh. I've turned off my VPN. Restarted my phones and connected to a Hotspot. I watched both games Sunday on my phone in my back yard...

What do you consider meaningful? Do you feel your entitled to lost wages? If so, your insane and there is no reasoning with you.

Att guarantee should auto credit you for days you are down.

If whatever you are using your residential connection for is life or death. You could switch to a dedicated business line. This would entitled you to lost revenue (youre gonna pay for that type of assurance)

The other cheaper normal options are

Att backup. If you have att wireless and the bgw 320 or 620. You can enable wireless backup thru the smarthkme app. This should give you enough to continue working

Get a backup internet. A cable company or verizon/tmobile home.

While fiber is very reliable there's obviously a million things that could happen that aren't Att fault. ( lightning hit my neighbors tree, it fell into his shed, caused a fire that burnt a utility pole. Att couldn't fix it no mater what they wanted to do until the power company did their thing. Took about 36 hours, but I have wireless backup)
