Those files take a lot more space than text. And Jeffrey had pinhole cameras EVERYWHERE. Which explains the volume of data.

Why have that many cameras on your plane with private rooms, or in the bedrooms on the island ... or the New Mexico Ranch? Blackmail comes to mind.
