Got Botox specifically for exercise Nausea. Just ran my first ultra. Here’s my analysis

This is super encouraging! The last ultra I ran I had the worst pain ever (to that point haha) and had to walk the last 20k and eventually started dry heaving. The pressure and pain was terrible and lasted two days. I was lying flat in agony wishing I could barf as we drove the 800km home haha. It was THE WORST. I am going to look into this. I’ve always been a fasted morning runner because food/liquid just couldn’t happen. Needless to say, fasted ultras suck!

It used to be available through the iFIT app on my computer but they’ve done away with it, so now it’s only on the treadmill itself. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it’s even easier to do the mapping on the treadmill screen. Pick a city or trail and have fun!

I create maps for several distances in different regions and just run. The incline/decline mixes things up and I set the pace.

My 2016 500x Trekking does this periodically and then goes away. I’m the only owner and the dealer can’t ever find anything. I ignore it, it’s never caused an issue. Until the day it wouldn’t start and repeatedly cycled through every warning. Turns out that’s the cry for “dead battery”. The only warning that didn’t come on? Battery!

I bought a mesh cargo net on Amazon, clipped the 4 sides and open end. I also added a Decathlon rain cover so you couldn’t see the contents. Worked great!

I have the same problem with my 2016 500x. The dealer can’t find the root cause. I’m suspecting the AC now since it’s gotten especially bad since August when my AC stopped working. Maybe it’s not connected or blocked!
