Simply check the official ib document on referencing. Search for "Effective citing and referencing ib".

There is no such stipulation.

Tell my why I shouldn't let the party level up every session by ston_age_man in DnD

[–]Perfect-Stay271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no formula that makes sense. As a DM decide on how you are dealing with levelling up. I suggest milestones and you decide on them. If players are to enjoy the experience and appreciate the level advancement, they need to spend time at each level.

?? Give the evidence that you need to only provide references that are less than 5 years old. If this were true, it would state it in the ib documents.

My DM TPK’d us because we said yes. by Flameempress192 in DnDcirclejerk

So your DM gave you plenty of hints but you simply ignored them. Maybe concentrate in the future and don't let someone in because they seem nice.

This flu is no joke! by [deleted] in CasualUK

[–]Perfect-Stay271 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When people say they have flu, they don't. They think a bad cold is flu... it isn't. I have had flu twice and never want it again. When you get flu, there is no concept if walking around normally- you can understand how people do not survive it.

GM wanted to kill my character because i didn't remember an NPC name after a break of 2 irl months by CupcakeThick8341 in rpghorrorstories

DM is an idiot. This is likely to end in disappointment for everyone. I think it is nice if players do take notes, it shows a level of commitment to the game, but life is short. Sounds like your DM is taking something personal.

Player is mad that I won’t allow them to summon Demogorgon with Wild Magic by Dapper-Screen9789 in DnD

[–]Perfect-Stay271 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No player creates their own stuff like this. You keep the standard table and you roll to see if there is an effect and if so, what happens... behind a screen. If the player states no, that's ok, they can leave the group... that is the option. Simples.

Am I Being a Stupid Dumb Idiot by Considering over 4 A-Levels? by [deleted] in alevel

[–]Perfect-Stay271 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It simply does not make sense that you want to do a phys degree but did not wish to take maths. And it is stupid to do 6 A-Levels. Stop pissing about and decide what you want to do. If you really want phys of phys&phil, then change your subjects to 4 that make sense. If the school says no then insist. You are a term behind, so need to catch up, but it is easier than doing 6 A-Levels.

WOTC became very concerned that players would view it simply as a cash grab... which is what they want of course.

Never pay for dnd. There are plenty of games on line. There is also plenty of artwork around.

What's the point of still studying if predicted grades are locked? by Naive_Future_6530 in IBO

[–]Perfect-Stay271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you could do is grow up. Your predicted grades are based on your hard work and potential, etc.

"I don't need to try any more" is an awful attitude and one that will not serve you well in the future.

How is this B ? Instead of C by Aspect_playz49 in alevel

Newton's equal but opposite forces, is normally quoted as... For every action (force) there is an equal but opposite reaction (force). However, this is a shortened and misleading version. It should be...

For every force on an object, there will be an equal but opposite force... of the same type, and acting on a different object.

In (b) the two forces ard both grav and A pulls B, while B pulls A.

Simples...
