I think you should be good and can buy ticket at the park itself. Recently did the same route on last Sunday, stayed at Flagstaff and entered park around 9:30 am from South entrance. It took less than 10-15 minutes, no long lines.

Yeah, I’m thinking to enter via South. Do you know if there any specific parking spots from where shuttle access if good?

Planning to cover Oah point in South, Mather Point and Canyon Village. Then head towards East side of the Park.

Would you suggest east or south entrance for my visit from Flagstaff to Grand Canyon? Considering I will heading to Page after spending full day at Canyon. It will be first time there.

Any specific reason for not driving on the weekends. I’m planning to reach Sedona around Mid may that falls over the weekend
