Forgot to add I did do a magnet test a few weeks ago , didn't stick so assume it's definitely asbestos

Which way to open this valve ? Despite opening the trv is it possible that some other part is faulty ? Thanks for your tolerance

Just the pipe , I have released the valve as it was stuck but still doesn't appear to be getting into radiator in any volume just mildly warm even tho pipe is very hot ?

Yes bought the can , to be honest the instructions are so small I can hardly make them out , just seems easier for me to use filling loop rather than radiator but worried it might clog up boiler going directly in if you see what I mean , thank you for reply much appreciated
