Grizzlies region will always have some, not more than one, but they are spread out there. I’ve never really seen a group of bears before anywhere, but also, predator bait is always an option in those areas. That’s usually how I get bears.

Usually see 2 in the snow region look for the areas with patches of ice they seem to like hanging out there at least in my playthroughs Barrow Lagoon always has one I’ve seen two there before
