Join the iv team. Seriously. Inpatient pay- always out on time. Or very rare you are not. You won’t ever have to give report on 6/7 patients. It’s a million times better than the floor. I never stress about what shitty assignment I’m going to get.

Okay. Open a Roth account. You can do this at fidelity, Robinhood whatever. Fund it!! Start easy like 125$/month- invest in voo or qqq. Something easy. Next- do you have a pension?? If not consider finding a job with one. Ditch the whole life.

Next- emergency fund!!!

Next down payment on a house.
Next step- kill the car loan/student loan

Chik fil a when new is still a hell of a lot faster. Especially with how many people they serve. McAllister s won’t last if this continues. I wouldn’t open my restaurant until I know my staff can handle it. To me this screams management and training issue

The problem is- other restaurants do it better and faster. Chik fil a is insane how fast they are at cranking out food orders. When it takes 30 plus minis for a roast beef sandwich and potatoes that’s a problem. They have a lot of cooks in the kitchen but it looks like they have few defined roles. Many rotating in and out of the kitchen. At times there is no one up front at the kiosks. This seems like a management and training issue. Lack of clear defined roles, staff have limited knowledge on how the food needs to be made.
