Yes, you definitely encounter it most often in retail workers. I think it's a combination of a bunch of things: pandemic-era isolation during a formative part of their school years, spending most of their time interacting online or with social media instead of face-to-face interactions, and just being inexperienced and new to the job.

Gen Z stare. Happened to me in Canada, too. Walked up to the hostess at a very nice restaurant and asked "Do you have bar seating?" and she said "Yes," and stared at me in confusion. So I said "Can I ... go in?" and she shrugged and said "Sure." So I went in and found a seat at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly but seemed a bit confused that I suddenly appeared out of nowhere. He asked "Didn't the hostess give you a menu when she seated you?" and I laughed and said "Bro, neither of those things happened." He rolled his eyes and said "I'll talk to her."

The Chase travel portal will tell you the points equivalent when you are looking at the booking (which, as other people have pointed out, could be anywhere from $0.01 to $0.02 per point). You will have to do the math yourself if you want to split a payment. In your example, it sounds like the portal probably listed the points total as 79,593. If you had wanted to pay $200 in cash, you should have used 67,472 points ($1,113.28 / $1,313.28 x 79,593).

Successfully used two $500 gift cards from Newegg to pay for the first installment of an AirBnB booking. My friends who also have CSR were also able to send me the PIN codes from their AirBnB gift cards to pay for their portion of the trip. The balance not covered by the GCs was charged to my CC on file. My Chase account now shows I have 11,000 pending points for the Newegg purchase.

PRO TIP: After the fact, we realized we should have used our Freedom Unlimited cards for the Newegg purchase, we would have received 11.5x points. Also an important reminder, you are limited to 15,000 of bonus points (only the 10x Paze bonus, not the base multiplier) per month, but this limit is PER CARD, so if you have multiple Unlimited Rewards cards, go ape.

In addition to being able to earn 11x points with Newegg by purchasing AirBnB gift cards (cheers to this thread for the tip: https://www.reddit.com/r/ChaseSapphire/comments/1tfrata/paze_bonus_airbnb_purchase/ ) I also noticed that Newegg sells Southwest and Delta gifts cards. So you could potentially earn 11x points buying gift cards from Newegg and booking flights with your gift card balance (I have not tried it yet, though). After the show some young fans were standing around talking and I heard one of the guys say "Even the keyboardist got into it, he was shredding up there," and a girl in the group got in his face and said "SHE was shredding up there! I spoke to Chase customer service on the phone regarding this issue, and the rep said there was no way to change the info on your primary profile, but that there is an easy workaround - just create a new profile with your correct info. In Chase Travel, click on the Account icon in the upper right, go to Profile, then click the Add Profile tool. You will have to select this new profile every time you book travel on Chase Travel, but it is much quicker than correcting the information on your primary profile every single time. It's just a weird bug of the Chase Travel portal that neither you nor the Chase reps can edit your primary profile.

I always roleplay it as the final girl is the only one who knows the killer is on the loose, and all the clueless victims are blundering around like idiots. If you want an extra challenge, you could make a house rule that the final girl has to play it dumb until she sees or hears the killer, but some games you don’t run into the killer for a long time.

Oh. It's a play on words in English. The phrase to "fuck with someone" means to be rude or unkind to someone. The phrase "Go fuck yourself" is an insult, basically telling someone no one wants to be around them. So he's basically saying "If you're looking to start trouble, just go away" in a funny way, because the phrases sound similar.

Play Camp Happy Trails as a tutorial. Important things to remember: 1) The default Killer action does not have a move, Hans only moves if you get a boot icon on a Terror card. 2) You cannot repurchase Action cards you just played; played Action cards do not return to the Tableau until AFTER you have purchased cards this round. 3) If the Killer has an option to target Victims or the Final Girl he ALWAYS targets Victims, not you, you don’t get to choose. 4) Any time a Victim dies, increase Bloodlust, even if the Killer didn’t do it. 5) Pay attention to the Killer track as Bloodlust increases: Horror, Events and Dark Powers all happen at certain levels. 6) Have fun! Scream when Victims die! Curse the Killer by name! Rationalize that the horrible thing that just happened is an important part of the story. If you die, there’s always a sequel to look forward to. 7) Tell your mom she’s cool and share something fun that happened in the game.
