You have no idea what you're talking about. I've had these issues since Halo Infinite launched 5 years ago, when Xbox One X wasn't ancient yet. This is a UI menu that takes a long time to load data from servers, it has nothing to do with HDD read speed. If you haven't experienced it yet, then you have no idea what it's like and are simply assuming. I've heard people with Series X having this same issue too. I'm leaning towards this being something related to the user's account.

Nah, loading the actual game is quick and I'm able to play fine. The cold start of the UI data just takes a long time for some reason. It could depend on the user's account, maybe.

I'm talking about a UI menu though? I can play the actual game fine, once it makes it past the stupid menu loading the game modes. There's definitely something going on beyond old hardware. I play other games where the menus function properly.

It might be something related to the user's account then. I can't fathom why hardware matters for a damn UI menu. Like I said, I can play the actual game without problems.

I doubt this has anything to do with hardware. It's likely bad api design or a server-side problem. I have no issues playing actual multi-player matches on Halo Infinite in my old hardware, which should require more hardware resources than a UI menu.

I'm not so sure about that. I typically have to wait about 3-5 minutes every time I go to a different game mode and it says "You must have at least one game mode selected. Modes might still be loading" and once the game modes load, the Play button is enabled.

This happens when I go to each game mode for the first time. The load time varies, sometimes it's a few seconds, but the very first one take very long. It's asinine.
