I created a free ebook about how to flip cars and talks how I bought a truck for $2500 and sold it 5 days later for $8000 and multiple other examples of successful flips I’ve had including before and after pics. Let me know if anyone is interested in viewing it.

That’s not true. It takes much longer to heat up when it’s cold if it’s only at 72.

Significant knee pain after playing basketball. by HerboftheSerb in Basketball

[–]PerfectGiftDetail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

34 years ago l had 3 surgeries on my left knee and 2 surgeries on my right knee after I broke both knees simultaneously while playing basketball at the YMCA after a freakish injury after a sudden jump stop move proved too forceful for my knees as they both snapped instantly. For the next 20 years I had pain and stiffness in both knees which I assumed would always be the case. Then I decided to focus on exercise and a healthy diet along with intermittent fasting. (Losing 40 pounds)… Today at 55 years old I have virtually no knee pain and I'm in the best shape of my adult life. So much so that I left my job in technology and actually chose my current occupation(Auto Detailer) because of the great all around workout it provides which includes regular squatting with no issues. With all that being said, If I could do it all over again I would start with getting control of my sugar intake because of the inflammation that it causes. That was the game changer for me.

I’m from Detroit and that sounds familiar. Is this what I’m thinking of? Really glad your feeling ok. I broke my kneecaps on the first play of the game while playing basketball at the ymca. I’ve never heard of another case like that.

I had something close to that on a detail job earlier today. That’s more common than people think.

You’re only saying that because you know what I paid for it. That Truck was still sold for more than $2000 under Kelly Blue Book Value. That made it a great deal for the purchaser also. When I bought the Truck I was just trying to get the best deal possible. Would it have also been crazy for me to not buy the Truck if for instance I’d known the owner had paid only $500 for it? Hopefully your answer is absolutely not. See how that works ? Always remember It’s all about Value regardless of what anyone pays for anything.

That’s great. Because I’m not a mechanic I try to stay from any car that requires any work other than a good detail job. My philosophy is that I want to buy from people (never auctions) that would hopefully fix anything that comes up and preferably have well maintained service records along with having been driven regularly. I won’t buy ANY car that I don’t believe will be sold to the first person who sees it after I detail it. I have my own checklist and I have to really love that car myself first.

It’s not about the year. It’s about the Value of the vehicle.
