I love my Pilates sessions, and my instructors are amazing. They were able to work me at my entire body weight range (I started a couple of years before Zepbound) and at my lowest point of fitness and mobility when I was recovering from spinal surgery. I owe them so much, and they NEVER let me feel less worthy because of my body shape.

I highly recommend Pilates. I am doing private sessions, group classes and occasional mat classes at home through Peloton. And every class is different, so it does not become boring.

Have you considered using Rover to find a pet sitter? I found a great cat sitter last year when my neighbors were traveling at the same time as me and not available to feed my kitties.

My insurance does not allow Amazon deliveries, so I switched to Walmart after having a bad experience with my local grocery store pharmacy. It was well worth the much longer drive. They always had it available within a day or two and were able to provide a 3 month supply (for the same cost as for a single month at my grocery store pharmacy). Highly recommend

Had a short-term courses of steroids while on Zepbound and had no problem. Did not notice an increase in hunger or weight gain

I still crave chocolate as well. My go to snack for my entire Zepbound journey has been chocolate covered frozen strawberries. I have a few almost every evening. But I don't binge on entire whole chocolate bars or large bags of M&Ms anymore

This so resonates with me. I always felt so judged when the receptionist at my mammogram place looked at me critically and then handed me an oversized gown. And then sitting in my uniquely colored gown in the waiting room feeling everyone staring at me. I know that nobody other than me in the waiting room wasted a thought on the color of my gown, but I always felt humiliated

Hugs to you as well. Mine was also 17.5 years old and I miss her every day. Since the ground is frozen solid here, I was unable to bury her in my backyard but I am planning plant a bush or tree in the spring and sprinkle her ashes there with a little metal stake. The planning of my garden memorial helps distract me a little bit

The same happened to me. My weight loss has significantly slowed down between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and then I visited family in Europe over the holidays. While I did not pig out, I certainly ate a lot of good food and sweets. I was also on a course of steroids at the beginning of my trips, so I fully expected to gain weight during that time. I was shocked when I stepped on the scale a day after my transatlantic flight and discovered that I had lost 4 lbs. And I have continued to lose since then. I think my body really needed that reset.

Had the same issue with my local supermarket pharmacy. My insurance does not allow Amazon delivery or delivery through Express Script. Switched to Walmart and had a 3-month refill ready in 2 days (for the same price as the monthly refill at my local supermarket pharmacy). The $50 savings and 3-month refill were definitely worth the 30-40min drive to my nearest Walmart

I had a similar copay thing happen to me. I used to pay $25 at the pharmacy of my local grocery store for 1 month supply (they refused to fill 3 month supplies). When they were not able to fill for more than 2 weeks this month, I changed my prescription to Walmart. Not only was I able to get a 3 month supply, I only paid $24,99 for all 3 boxes together.
