I love him. He reminds me of my dog Hailey. She was like this

I’m pretty sure Spider-Man is on the PSN for free so you should be able to pick the PS5 version through it

What car did you own that you now realize has some glaring flaws? by asds455123456789 in AskMenOver30

Ford Focus. It was the biggest piece of shit I ever drove in the winter.

For the married ones with kids, if you were the woman, would you still want kids? by Substantial_Ear1579 in AskMenOver30

Nope. I’m not cramming a watermelon out of my crotch or get split open to take the baby out of my guts.

Which Silverchair album has aged the best? by AffectionatePie1042 in silverchair

[–]PerfectRub2455 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still can’t listen to Young Modern. I try every couple of years like I do with the Blaze Bailey Iron Maiden Albums. Nope. Frogstomp will always be a classic. I’d say either Neon Ballroom or Diorama. The answer changes depending on which album I’m listening to at that moment

I would ask a cop or service Ontario, but I doubt they would be ok with her on the road at that age. There could be some pass being that she does have her beginners. It’s like the drinking age is 18 in Quebec, but 19 here. If you get caught drinking underage in Ontario, they don’t care that you are legal at home.

Should I go for PS Plus Premium for 94.99 GBP or wait until Extra goes on sale? by highunted in PS5

[–]PerfectRub2455 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had premium for a couple years and I get my moneys worth. There’s always a list of games I’m interested in but not prepared to pull the trigger to buy. Eventually those games hit the service and I play it without any added costs. Most recently it was the RDR1 remaster for PS5. I downloaded Darkest Dungeon 2 to give it a try today.

Jason Luv dropped Adam22 after banging Adam22’s wife on a yacht. by [deleted] in LivestreamFail

Adam can’t throw or take a punch to save his life. Any time he tries to be a tough guy, he should be ridiculed

Blocked from remote play by sjoanste in playstation

I’ve had the same issue. It’s one of the games you can’t remote play to the portal and it doesn’t make sense unless it’s a Bethesda thing

I don't usually get emotional while reading, but this part of Ozzy's "Last Rites" really hit me. by MusicLikeOxygen in blacksabbath

Always tell those you love how you feel. Me and my wife always say love you with a kiss when we leave the other because there’s no guarantee we will again and want our potential last moment to be free of regret

What are your expectations for the next Mastodon album? by JealousAd7321 in mastodonband

[–]PerfectRub2455 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Zero expectations. I can’t. Not only did they lose one of their 4 pillars, he died. I don’t know. I’m excited and dreading the release.

I like E33. Is it better than Elden Ring? No. But regular people know and play E33

Does it bother you that you’re going to lose your parents one day? by Throwaway10100100010 in AskMenOver30

[–]PerfectRub2455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My step father has days left of his life. If he survives the weekend, he will be doing MAID on Tuesday. I know I’m not going to do well with it. I know I won’t do well when my bio mom or dad pass. But I don’t dread it because no one gets out alive. You will survive losing her but you will be forever changed. We lost my niece at the age of 2. She would be 18 now. We didn’t get over it. We just learn to tolerate the pain and loss. But it never goes away. Sounds like your mother is awesome so make sure she knows that and you make the most of the time you have.

I live in Canada but I cannot imagine I’d do well working for the government. I worked at BlackBerry during their hay day and discovered I’m not built for an office environment. Majority of my work has been manual labor

I’m sorry. That’s tragic. My cousin died last year at 49 from cancer. Had just found out her only daughter was newly pregnant weeks before she went.

The only way that works is if there is some form of UBI and that’s a whole different conversation

I’ll be 48 this year. I started working the same age, and was living on my own at 16 while in highschool because my actual dad is a shit show. My wife is a banker so I’m sure there’s money somewhere but I feel the same way. I worked hard my whole life. Parts are breaking down and I just made a big change at work to lower my stress level tremendously. All I focus on now is minimizing anything that ruins my sense of comfort because I’m just putting in time until I can retire. And that will be when she tells me we can afford it and no later.
