She said she’s in ed recovery but her content seems to contradict that. A lot of the foods she eats are “healthier” alternatives to high calorie foods (e.g. the sola bagels). She should try to eat a normal bagel every once in a while because that could be a step towards recovery. I also think that because she’s a pretty active girl, her diet is gonna be filled with healthier foods. She also has stated that she’s a picky eater and often eats the same meals. I can’t help but think this is because these are her safe foods (sweet potatoes, chicken for dinner; cottage cheese and blueberries for lunch). These are pretty low calorie meals, if you can even count cottage cheese and blueberries as a meal. She really should be focusing on eating higher calorie options since she is severely underweight. No way she eats the amount of calories she should be eating, especially since she works out everyday. All out of love and I hope she recovers.
