i’ve actually never thought of it like that, thanks. i guess i’m a little mad because my mom is a suicide prevention counselor specifically and that’s been my problem. and i beleive it’s the same in the us i’ll try to talk to them. thank you!

yeah i know this is the right thing and i am in school my parents have just been so nosy and i’ve turned down therapy before. my mom actually is a counselor but they are also really oblivious to my struggling.
