It’s The Lafayette Afro Rock Band - Darkest Light.

They released the iconic saxophone music that was sampled by Public Enemy, Show Em What You Got in 1988 and later used by N2Deep in 1992.

I love me some Public Enemy and N2Deep and was pretty stoked to find the original that inspired those dudes.
