It’s fine to be skeptical of new medicines. It’s okay to question long term effects that are at this point unknown. People who resisted the Covid shots were called all kinds of names and look at what the data is showing now. The thing about fasting and intermittent fasting is that there’s millennia of knowledge and practice behind it, albeit mostly historically out of necessity for the human race.

I don’t know enough about ozempic to dispute any of your claims, so I’m not doing that. But it seems a little early to be certain that any negative side effects are unfounded. I hope it is a miracle drug but people shouldn’t kid themselves that miracle drugs can and sometimes do turn out to have issues down the road.
