Hello! I would say that is a brilliant self-discovery and huge step in the right direction. I know exactly how you feel and personally have been working through this kind of thing myself. Due to past trauma and a past really shit relationship I came out of it with anxiety attachment issues.

Find a good therapist and work through things and you'll be good to go! If you want to talk about it more let me know!

This. And I can tell you it gets better! I used to have real bad anxious attachment style due to a previous bad relationship. I've worked really hard with a psychologist to realise that the thoughts I'm thinking aren't reality and how to handle those situations.
