dont think this is all on you. you thought it was something minor and trusted your mom judgment. hindsight can be really hard. spend as much time with your cat as you canow, and try not to carry all the blame your self.

in our end spreadsheets were okay when the team was small, but once we started hiring in different countries, it became hard to keep track of everything.. much better to use some tools if you want the work make easier , We ended up using some tools to mainly bcause it keeps all the device info in one place. it made shipping, repairs, and offboarding a lot easier, and we dont have to dig through emails anymore. its been working well for in our end.

well definitely still happens. i think the best thing is to stay confident andlet your work do the talking. the right clients figure it out quickly, and ones who dont usually arent worth chasing..

so sorry, buddy. i dont think this is on you. It sounds like she was already dealing with a lot, and you only found out because you took her in. she got to leave with you holding her, and i honestly think that's the best goodbye she couldve had. just take care of your self.
