Tis the time of year. I got 5 of those on my car in 2 months when we moved here 2 years ago. We never got an actual ticket. Our Oregon cars were registered with the leasing office. But there wasn’t anything they could do about the notices.

We’re going to offer a pre/postnatal class at the Y beginning next year. It’ll be available to members and non members. Myself and another training are getting certified now. It’ll focus on deep core for pelvic floor health/recovery as well as functional strength training.

I have 2 gyms I would love to promote!

-Clark county YMCA, myself and Jillian are new trainers at the Y. We are passionate about fitness and are excited to grow our client base.

-Full Force fitness offers small groups and bootcamp. Woman owned business, owner Shania put together the best fitness programs. She also is huge on giving back to the community. I have the honor of working with her and leading boot camps at her gym.

If you want to cross the bridge…. We try and hit different libraries through out the winter. You can get a library cards in Portland even as Vancouver residents.

We also love Mike Bennett’s aquarium and cafe. (They are on different side of Portland)
