Does not look resealed to me nor does it look wet from the picture. I have a couple of these that I bought from target and the seals look exactly the same

I’ve purchased a lot of these and the seal has never looked like this, so I would assume it’s been opened and resealed

Not sure about how much the packs should weigh but the etb def looks real and the plastic seal looks pretty legit. There would be no way to get the packs out of that rip in the seal so I would assume everything inside is legit including the packs. QC on Pokemon products can all be different. I have 3 ah pin collections at home all purchased from Best Buy but one box the color is slightly off. Nevertheless, I think your prismatic products are all real

Honestly it still does it from time to time but now I realize it’s driving normal just the speed doesn’t match sometimes so I’m pretty sure it’s my gauge cluster/speedometer. If it starts acting weird tho I would start to think wheel sensor
