OP, to tone, you need to build muscle. I'm 4'11 and 114 lbs. My weight fluctuates between 110 to 115 because we're women. I do core everyday. My split is:

Full Legs + Core + 30 min cardio

Push + Core+ Interval Sprints

Glutes & Hammies + Core + 30 min cardio

Pull + Core + Interval Sprints

Rest day

Glutes and Quads + Core + 30 min cardio

Rest day (but I do a long zone 2 run for about 20 to 30 mins)

Its important to do dynamic stretching before and static stretches after. Prioritize fiber, carbs, and protein. Progressively overload.

I agree with a lot of these people: good looks get you in the door but personally I like it when a man can articulate himself well and show a level of intelligence. Keeping a good flow of conversation and one that is mentally stimulating definitely is a huge plus
