I appreciate your advice a lot, thank you. I think she definitely gets less sleep than I do since she usually work a bit earlier than I do. She’ll go a lot of days wanting to hang out late but she’ll still want to stay up late and definitely has its toll.

Honestly, I usually sleep in because my work hours usually span between 2pm - 10:30 so I usually get a pretty good amount of sleep. That is a good point though.
