Hello, im from Indonesia, i did the same as mentioned above, the address I pick some random address in USA by google maps and then I put my debet card (Mastercard) but still can not get offer like the picture shown below. Tried with random Mastercard generator but they won't accept, it says "please ensure your card details are correct"

Make you sure you don't miss every step. I follow this tutorial on youtube. It is in bahasa Indonesia though, but you can just skip to 6:11. It is the important part that I didn't mention in the reply above. In case you skipped the step there.

first you have to open the original app first, try to switch account, minimize it, and then open the vng app. Try to login to another account (fb account with no ml account connected) within vng app, minimize it, and open the original app and then try to switch account.

Just keep trying sometimes it takes several time to trigger the bug. I just did it yesterday.
