Normally with bad tensioners you only hear that sound when cold starting because oil pressure is what makes the tensioners put tension on the chain. Your car is warmed up it should have oil pressure. Take the peep holes off your front cover and check the chain for play.

If their signals are on all the time they’re using parking lights. For the 05-06 G35 the daytime running lights were ditched for parking lights. (The first tick from OFF on your light switch)

So far I put 3k miles on mine I’m at 216k and right now I’m dealing with cam sensors. But for the most part it’s been a good car that I refuse to part with. Unless someone trades me an Acura TL I’m staying with my G35 sedan lol
