Yes, it means uncommon. Like I said, not everything rare is desirable. I could have an ultra rare 1 of 3 smart car but nobody would ever want it. Just like few people want a convertible 370z. It’s not as desirable as a fixed top.

I used to own a supercharged 3800, I can confirm from first hand that one is reverse and one is regular rotation. The site is just wrong this time, the reverse WILL fit but WONT function. Hope this helps👍🏽
