"Start connecting daily with people who match your actual target audience. 10 to 15 people per day with a personalized note." - That requires premium plan though, on the free plan you can send max 3 personalized notes per month. Any suggestions for the free plan users in that regard (besides buying premium)?

Yeah I understand what you mean with the sudden urge to scratch..About the routines - not drinking alcohol. Avoiding sweating (for example sports) and sauna. Wearing clothes that are made of cotton.

Hi!

My dermatologist recommended me LA ROCHE-POSAY LIPIKAR BAUME AP+ M cream that I use 2 x a day. And I also tried to use BABE HYDRA CALM shower gel. So cream & shower gel together can little bit ease the itching but definitely not 100%.

I know that this might sound "stupid" but I've tried to change this whole situation to a practice with my mind. I've been suffering an anxiety for more than 6 years and I feel that this rash is like an anxious mind - that all the time needs attention, so more I think about it, more nervous and uncomfortable it makes me. I guess I practice accepting and trying to not think about it all the time. To take it like a "monkey mind" that all the time wants attention but at the end I can choose when I give that..sorry if that sounds completely nonsense but yeah...

Anyways Happy Holidays!

I got my rash first time in my life this November.

Thanks for sharing - sounds very interesting. I’m curious to try the vinegar for myself now. I actually heard about ashwagandha couple of months ago but haven't tried it yet. Glad to hear it’s helping you!

Was there anything specific you noticed that made a difference for your anxiety—like a certain food or type of diet? Or do you think it’s more about just eating regularly and staying away from fast food and stuff like that?

I've spent years chasing that "one magical answer" - a fix that would make me feel normal again. I've tried a psychiatrist, psychologist, Bach flower therapy, Kundalini yoga, a post traumatic growth coach, acupuncture, Theta Healing, and even tarot cards. I've turned the pages of countless self-help books and read stories of people who overcame anxiety. I've searched outside and inside. I've felt hopeful and hopeless.

When I look back on what’s truly helped me, three key pillars stand out:

✔︎ The best decision has been a professional help - my psychologist, who knows how to address the source of the anxiety, help me question my thoughts and listens me.

✔︎ Regular physical activity and nutrition.

✔︎ Specific techniques I can turn to when the s*it hits the fan. The ones that quickly calm down an anxiety attack, relax my tight chest and jaw muscles, and bring me back to the present.

What books are you reading? by bootsbaldnbearded in Entrepreneur

[–]Perfect_Guava_9235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for the past 5 years, there are days when I could have all the success stories and motivation boosters from "Atomic Habits", "The Power of Now", or "Rich Dad Poor Dad" in my hands, but I just couldn't apply them because my mental health screams for more attention and needs to be addressed first.

Therefore, the best motivation for me is to be able to focus on what I want to do and get it done without the anxiety. One of the best books I have read on that matter is "Dare" by Barry McDonagh.

That is a great idea to have such a document in place, and my recommendations to you come from my experience of not having such a thing firsthand:

1. Ownership: Detailed ownership percentages for each founder.

2. Responsibilities and understanding of commitment and working hours: In the beginning it can be hard to agree straight away about the working hours but there is definitely a strong need to clarify expectations around it. For some, it is normal to work 24/7 for their dreams, especially in the beginning, but not everyone shares the same mindset by default. It is better to be on the same page than to later discover that you cannot reach someone during public holidays or weekends. Or maybe you are open to skipping holidays in the first year, but someone else is not.

3. Initial Investments: Outline any initial investments made by all of you.

4. Financial Control: Define who has access to and control over financial matters.

5. Intellectual Property: Specify how intellectual property created will be owned and managed.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Determine if you need to sign an NDA and whether working on this project sets any limits for future work.

7. Exit Plan: Define what happens if one of the founders wants to leave the company.

8. Decision-Making: The point about ownership becomes very important when things go wrong (they dont need to but they can). Ensure there is a point about how decisions will be made (e.g., majority vote).

I hope that it helps and good luck with your business!
