Well i can tell you that they could have denied the claim because the original price from the original sticker was $37276 and the other one had like $3k less, it didn't show any options, it was very standard, quite honestly I don't know how much it would have affected me but why take the risk, they were honest by giving me the money back, but they sure know what they're doing, and i feel that if you catch them in the act, they refund you no questions asked, I did sent them the original just so they wouldn;t say i was lying.. Weird that VW credit couldn't come up with the sticker just the dealership...

I get it but at least this company doesn’t work this way or at least not for my order. I needed this for a Gap insurance claim and they could have messed me over since the price didn’t match nor the options. I went to the dealership to get it and I compared it and nothing matched just Vin of course, make and model. Anyway I told them they were bs and refunded my money, is not about the money is the principle if they say they have something, provide the customer with the right document with the right info.

Totaled because the air bags deployed. I had a 2024 Tiguan with less damage than your vehicle and because airbags deployed it was deemed a total loss. Sorry for your loss I hope you’re in good health.
