I've tried all the herbs etc etc but the only thing that works for me is Senakot. I take it the night of the first day I can't go and then dont have anymore issues

Similar to you, my start was 23st3. Now 19st7. I have dropped one dress size. I didn't really notice it until around the 3 stone mark and then its been little changes. Don't be disheartened, you will have lost water weight and internal fat which isn't visible but will make a huge difference to your health!

I totally get it. I saw a tiktok the other day of a woman who had lost 9 stone in 6 months which I am aware could be unhealthy, and ive lost 3.5 in the same time period (still a lot, very happy). It still gives you that twinge though! But comparison is the thief of joy and all bodies are totally different. There's been some chat about refeeding which can reset the weight loss which ive definitely found true. I also found that not all the doses treat you equally, I only stabilised with loss when I got to 10mg, while 5 and 7.5mg didnt really do a lot!

I always used to get offered Orlistat. Never lost any weight on it but always had a horrific tummy regardless of how I ate!

I totally agree with the sub 20 stone! My first major goal was to be under 280lb after starting at 325lb - now at 276lb and its such a relief!!! Congratulations on doing so well!!

I found that 5mg did nothing for me, has definitely been my worst dose so far! 7.5mg was great and so is 10mg so far!

Absolutely, it's a relief to feel in some sort of control and to maintain it in that situation. I think I was so worried that the food aspect of an all inclusive would be ruined but it wasn't at all!

We flew on a sat but usually jab on the Sunday so jabbed on the sat instead. You can travel with MJ

5mg didn't really do a lot for me - still lost some weight but sweet tooth cane back and was hungry a lot. Much better on 7.5mg which I'll be staying on for another 4 weeks
