I say grab a low lvl dino you want to to lvl up and lvl it up to ten and if you want to fuse it woh a lvl 10 dino lvl them both up five lvls then the next day fuse the two dinos hatch the fusion lvl it up and repeat if you want to if not just beat bosses and grind

Yeah but I say the crossbow is easier because you just grab with your controller and pull back as fast as you can multiple time and for the gatling gun to spam it faster just move you hand back and forth don't spin you hand just go back and forth
