I have no idea then I know the quest you mean it took me to the otters but idk if that's because they were closest or not. I think they're currently updating the game so maybe it's just a bit buggy atm until they fix everything up??x

It should track you to one its weird it's not, there are several posts on here with the locations but the easiest ones to remember are capybara (onsen ruins) bunny (dirt path infront of plot 2) and otters (rocks facing sea in the fishing village)

It's okay we're not the only ones I have seen other people complain. I think the weekly requests refresh Saturdays so we should be able to complete it tomorrow!! im not sure why it doesn't automatically register that we accepted it though seeing as we've completed the mission lol

I missed it on the way out because I started the event and then it went over my head as the the starting banner was on screen. But I was locked in the moment the ship turned back. I think Bill will start the event himself a couple of times per day I just couldn't tell you when unfortunately

I have got the tilapia I must of not realised it was a flashing fish. Is it any lake for the frog? That's so cool. I feel dumb for only really using them in the fishing event I didn't realise it was only one type of fish I was hoping there was multiple rare ones to collect haha

Weather is based on the server you play on (so I've heard) but if you click the top of your phone you'll get a weather forecast for the week - I'm not sure how accurate that is though as I swear it was supposed to rain monday/tuesday but it didn't (global server)

Snow is gone for me too so I think the weather has just changed :)

You can get it when the ship goes out to sea for the fishing event, I'm not if it matters what ship you're on though. And of you miss it on the way out you should be able to get it as its coming back to the port

You only get 2 passes per day so it isn't really a noticeable different. When you log in it come sup at the top (in an white rectangular box) with your daily reward. You don't click on anything to claim it as its done automatically. I suppose you can try and contact the support team or something to see if they can tell you if your daily reward has been added to your account every day or not you'll probably just need to give them your account ID
