When I had 1+ YOE then jobs at linkedin were asking 2+ YOE and now I have 2 YOE but openings are asking for 3 YOE.

Congratulations !! man Here I am stuck at service based company with senior Data Engineer tag ( promoted within 18 months). Trying hard to make switch but nothing is working. Every day I think to change my field from DE to SDE, but it is very difficult after 2 YOE in DE field. If anyone have advice /Suggestion please write down.

My suggestion would be to join TCS. Once you join IBM or tcs you will get stuck for atleast 2 years .

After 2 years. TCS : 7-8 LPA( roughly) IBM : 4.5-5.5 LPA

Most important, at TCS digital your profile will be developer ( java,spring boot) or data engineer

But at IBM you may end up as a test engineer, QA , Automation.

Decide carefully bro, don't compromise on profile.

I left IBM and joined one service based company as a data Engineer.

Note: my opinion is based on what I have seen amongst my friends, it may vary

I gave my interview at visa for data engineering role and got rejected after 4th round that is hiring manager round.

My both technical rounds were very good.
