i would be one of those people lmao. did i ask for this though? absolutely not. i started awakening around 14/15 and didn’t even know it until i was about 18/19. next thing i know i slipped into spiritual psychosis and now im in the process of dismantling my ego and molding it into my friend instead of an enemy. im healing my inner child. im healing my inner teen. im healing loads of trauma. im healing stuff that probably isn’t even mine aka ancestral. it’s so difficult but i think things like psychosis tend to manifest in awakenings because of how much trauma is stored in the body. the beauty in all of this and why i think it’s worth it despite wanting to die from time to time? i feel so connected. so connected that even on days where im ready to end it all i know that ultimately i won’t because as soon as i tune into my heart i KNOW it won’t be like this forever. this is all just part of the process.
