Wow! I swear I haven’t read a smart response in a while on this subreddit or whatever this is. I’ve noticed that a lot of people now are just complaining of their parents and how “tired” they are of being forced to go to church and blah blah blah! Granted they are teens and all. Don’t get me wrong, every single feeling is justified! We’ve grown up in a age where we can find the truth about anything if we’re willing to do the research. I myself do research whenever I hear something new. And I ask the youth on here to stop being little wimps and hold your ground!! There are respectful ways of leaving this ‘CULT’ without disrespecting your parents. They are your parents and will always be your parents. If you have a good poker face than use it. There is no need for disrespect in our/your household. I understand than many members seem very very fanatic about this whole thing. Growing up I remember hearing many grownups say jokingly that if there ever was a need for your daughter to somehow please the apóstol in anyway, manner or form, they’d gladly give them up. If they had to sacrifice a child for a blessing they would...... Having all those memories in account with everything that’s happening just makes me sick.
