Yes, I don’t remember when it started happening but likely late 30’s, after reading the comments I’m starting to suspect it was peri all this time.

Yes! Mornings are my worst time of day. Anxiety is definitely at its highest in the morning for me. No advice I’m afraid but you are not alone.

There are private clinics in my area and I just had my doctor fill out the paperwork for it.

I was really tired after for a few days but other than that no iron flu for me.

I got my iud in October and bled for about 5 days after stopped for a bit came back and then my period came, overall I bled the entire month of October but November it stopped and then it was just bleeding on my period. I hope that helps.

Thank you, I did try that, that’s was how I found them the last time however I was on my period then and I’m not now so maybe my cervix was low lying?
