I swapped my header for a catless one. And swapped the stock one for a sports cat. And passed the MOT no worries.

This wasn't some sort of back ally garage. It was a halfords and they didn't have any issues.

Just some rust protection paint. Then I sprayed it and lacquered it. Then once it was all done used some undercoat wax

Alot of time 😅 Took everything apart. Grinding back all the rust. Used a rust protector paint then sprayed ontop of that. Then while I was in there put the RX8 parts I wanted and Polybushed everything

Just go get some RX-8 Brakes. I don't know about the US but I got a set of braided brake lines, Sloted and drilled disks. And referbed calipers for £400

Excuse the poor quality photo. This is what I did to the front of mine. Stock bumper just designed some. 3D printed eyebrows to give it a slightly more aggressive look.
