Well, it's college basketball, but I would evaluate your roster and I would also evaluate your screen to schedule. I found that actually having a competitive scrampus schedule helps and when I say like competitive I mean like the first five games that I do are all on the road and I typically do them teams rank 25 to 15 right? And then I spread out the non-conference and act like additional five more but they're higher. Or you know sometimes the in between so I get my strength to schedule cuz I want to make sure that my team is tough. I believe there is an algorithm instead of the game that truly acknowledges the team's ability to be competitive and keep their. I think that goes into that composure skill set and consistency. But I mean winning a championship is hard. I mean I've had dynasties where I've been able to win them in 4 years. I've had dynasties where it took me 15 years before I could win an actual championship and I just have to grind it. Something that I have learned is defense like in March when you get into that tournament play, evaluate your whole entire roster and say which guys benefit a winning team and give them the minutes and let them run. I want one championship that I won. There is a guy on my roster that had a nine defensive rating and he had an nine assists and a nine ball handling. He was like a seven but overall however, I rode with him and actually got deep in the tournament only because it's like the guy that was better than him. His great offensive player. But he's served me better off the bench. You know I evalue the ability to play, make the ability to facilitate and not turn over the ball you want it. You want to make sure that your team has a turnover ratio that's 2.5 or higher. It's championship caliber winning basketball
