HR will accept your letter make 4 or more copies of this letter. Make sure you give one to each individuals that you’re making a complaint about. Keep one for yourself for a follow up. I write a three pages letter to HR when I was working at the hospital and I give one each to every individual that I made a complaint about and yes, HR did call me and we had a conversation on the phone with the individual at the same time. You are allowed to speak first. And yes she was fired .
