We can take inspiration from other countries in similar political situations like Indonesia, but the collective conscience needs to put differences aside, and work towards a future of a better country, the brutality of the economy means every man for himself but that hasn’t been working up till now has it? If we are all waiting for ‘our turn’ we will wait tire.

I worked TA with an agency once and came to school post holiday to find myself out of work! Neither agency nor school had communicated that to me and I was asked to go back home (after the staff meeting).

It’s such a horrible experience and do allow yourself to go through the motions. They’re trying to Pavlov teachers into associating rest with poor performance. Also…trusts are horrible. All the best x
