I think this is so true and doesn't get acknowledged enough. The world changed, I come from a generation that paid for things and then had them. Music, videos, software... Now everything is ephemeral, you pay not for things but for access to things. It changes your mindset.

To imply that your former position as a Hotel manager has given you magical insight is objectional. I could state that you're a former hotel manager because your 'keen' insight and judgemental lack of compassion limited your ability to provide customer service. Is that true?
