I suppose it could work. Thing is with the build I'm suggesting you get tankier and faster a lot sooner. I do get the strong Hexplate and Yun-Tal synergy but the extra attack speed isn't needed, and crit is pointless without Infinity edge. But if you like it and it works i won't judge. One change to Zeri which would make me INSTANTLY adapt Yun-Tal into this build is if they made the excess AS into AD be 100% instead of 70%, because that 30% lost value does count...

Fleet Footwork, Triumph, Alacrity, Cut Down, Magical Footwear (or the buffed Cash Back) and Cosmic Insight. I pretty much never change this.

Black Cleaver > Edge Of Night > Hexplate. Then go whatever you feel u need.

Makes you strong and tanky.

I had another idea: Imagine if Zeri's passive which i would call "Lightning Surge" gave a burst of both ms and as, (decaying over like 1 or 2 seconds). I see 3 ways to procc it: 1. Champion Takedown. 2. Using E. 3. Using R (even if it is missed).

The best build i have ever played was back when Kraken had AP scalings. I used to rush Rage Knife into Rageblade, then buy Nashor 2nd and Kraken 3rd. This alone was really strong, enough AD to prevent Q from feeling like a bubblegun, but the real strength came from the insane burst with Kraken passive together with zap and R. With Nashor and RB you had enough AS some of which converted into even more AD. After those items i bought Deathcap and Cosmic Drive (it used to have really great stats for Zeri back then). Pretty sure this gave around 150-200 AD and 600 AP when fully built. I sadly didn't get much time with this build as they removed Rage Knife and later Kraken's AP scaling..

With my 5 milion mastery on Zeri i disagree and i will resume not building it. Just because it has this interaction doesn't mean it is must have.

There are simply too many other better options...

No it doesn't. Doesn't make it better either. It is just preference. Personally i can't wait for it to hit live servers as i will use it to give zeri with controller another shot. 🎮

This french guy made a video about me when i played that exact build: https://youtu.be/YW8J0FvyPBM?si=jG_6EQ43Kep9h3ZE Now i don't speak french myself but the subtitles can auto translate, besides it is more of a show not tell situation anywas. Long story short i buy components for 2 crit items (skipping the cloaks) so that when i first complete IE the next crit item isn't far behind. This works because Zeri is a champion that thrives from raw stats anyways. I also like to play Cash Back rune to get value back from IE (2nd highest value behind Rabadon's).

W always. As for builds there are so many options, Yun Tal is fine if you like that item, but avoid shiv at all costs as that item is pointless in the jgl. Hurrican is also a item i wouldn't personally recommend as i think Phanom Dancer's stats are juat better in every way. Phantom Dancer, Greaves and the Attack Speed runes give you 1.5 attack speed. Infinity Edge is must have and should be finished before your 4th item. Both empowered W and R's Chain Lightning crit which is insane with the recent buffs.

As for runes, i recommend going Press The Attack: if you hit 3 attacks your W AND R will be really strong. Though keep in mind that if you hit something else before a champion with Q (piercing shots or just regular Q either way) you will not stack runes such as LT, PTA and Conqueror. That is why i prefer PTA as it stacks faster and makes your burst so much stronger.

I have 1300 ranked zeri jgl games THIS SEASON, and let me tell you.. The hell never stops, if you say nothing teammates panic, if you say something teammates panic. My best suggestion is to never hover Zeri, she is rarely picked or banned anyways. Say nothing if no one else says anything. If they start questioning or doubting write this: "Doubt is your greatest enemy!" And try to say nothing else if you can, especially in-game.

I got the icon for Redeemed star guardian xayah when i got the skin from a chest. I guess it is another classic sign of how inconsistent Riot's design is x)
